Actually no OP, it isn’t “male disposability.” In a patriarchal culture, men are encouraged to resort to violence to solve their problems. This means that not only will violence against women perpetuated by men be prevalent, but so will male-on-male violence.
The point is: Who is the more violent sex or gender? (And let’s not get into a nature/nurture discussion since that is besides the point).
Men are more likely to perpetuate violence against women.
Men are more likely to perpetuate violence against other men.
Still smells like patriarchy to me.

MRAs always fail to leave out the most important detail: almost all of these homicides against men are by men - and yes, men do get raped too - again, almost entirely by other men. I fail to see how this isn’t still a problem of men doing awful things to people.
